Our Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. We loved the fact that the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, included in the price. It was a great start to our day, with a variety of fresh food to choose from.
The Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak at times, causing intermittent connectivity issues. this did not significantly impact our stay, as we were able to access the Wi-Fi in common areas of the hotel.

Cleanless of room, good romm size, parking, well located, not far away from Süd-Bahnhof or Schweizerplatz

The hotel is very easy to reach, within 15 minutes walk from city center. The fridge and kitchenette in the room allow longer staying travelers to fix their own breakfast and thus opt out of the standard 'international menu' of the hotel breakfasts, saving also some money.
The rooms are cramped and the provided kitchen utensils do not match the more generous description on the hotel's internet ads.

I really enjoyed the convenience of having a tram and bus service nearby during my stay at Senator Hotel in Frankfurt. It made getting around the city so much easier. Additionally, being close to Sachsen Hausen allowed me to explore and experience the local culture and nightlife. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

It was a welcome surprise to arrive and find a kitchen in our room. Room was comfortable.
Room smelt like smoke, but that faded after we opened the window for a while.

Most of the personnel were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the beautiful breakfast with lots of fresh food, good coffee and a great atmosphere. A perfect choice for someone on a budget. The room had a fridge, hot plates and everything you needed. Not fancy, but clean and comfy. When I heard the dreary experiences of my friends in the conference hotel, which was definitely not a budget choice, I was completely delighted with my choice of Senator. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an affordable room.
The room could have used a little tender love and care, some interior design (curtains, art work, etc). A security chain, or something like it, on the door would have been appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located near several transportation options, close to the train station and the bus stop that goes to the airport. Despite its proximity to the railway, the noise level was surprisingly low and didn't disturb our sleep. the room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower.
The lack of vegetarian and vegan options during breakfast.

It was expensive, it billed itself as cental, it was not. First night was 400 euro, a complete rip-off.

Great value and location! Our city break was amazing thanks to this hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and had a nice TV and a desk. Breakfast was fresh and we had everything we needed. We also loved that we could bring our furry friend with us for a small surcharge.
Our room was a bit noisy and we could hear the neighbors. The equipment was basic and not very clean.

Near S bahn, 7 stops from Messe Frankfurt, near city center, breakfast ok! Single room is large enough
Internet very weak connection + is not free for what I get, they don't clean the room, they just put your bed in order, ...

Nice hotel, big, clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The double room had a lounge with a couch and kitchinette.
They charged my credit card twice, once at the moment of booking and the second time at check-in. They assured me that I would get my money back in a week or two which was unpleasant being forced to go to the bank and make a request to get the amount back. Also I found it a bit pricey without breakfast included.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
